Is VYGR Bags a factory or a trading company?

VYGR Bags is a direct manufacturer. Cutting, sewing, printing, sampling and packing take place in our own facility in Istanbul, Türkiye, so buyers work directly with the team that produces their bags.

Do you produce private label and OEM bags?

Yes. We produce OEM and private-label bags to your label, specification and packaging, from blank bags with your woven label to fully branded collections.

What types of bags can you manufacture?

Cotton and canvas tote bags, beach totes, backpacks, kids backpacks, shoulder and mini bags, pouches, cosmetic bags, drawstring bags, insulated bags, plus wallets, cardholders and small leather goods.

What is your typical production lead time?

Typical production lead time is 15–25 days after sample and artwork approval. The exact timeline depends on quantity, material availability, branding method and packaging requirements, and is confirmed in writing before bulk production.

Which branding and printing methods are available?

Screen printing, digital printing, all-over sublimation, heat transfer, embroidery, embossing, metal logos, woven and inside labels, and Pantone colour matching. The method is matched to the material and artwork and confirmed during sampling.

Can you make pre-production samples?

Yes. Pre-production samples are made for approval so size, construction, materials and print are confirmed before any bulk run begins.

Can you provide compliance documentation such as OEKO-TEX, GOTS or GRS?

Where applicable to the chosen materials, we prepare compliance files, material details and production records for review and share certificates such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS and GRS, along with test documents.

Do you export to Europe and North America?

Yes. Europe and North America are our regular export markets and export documentation is handled in-house. We also ship to buyers worldwide.

What information should we send to start a project?

Send the bag type, material, dimensions, branding method, quantity, target delivery market and date, plus a reference image, sketch or tech pack. We typically respond within 24 hours.
